Once swimmers are water safe, we focus on refining strokes for efficiency and endurance. Children progress from our 15m pool to our 25m pool, preparing for galas or club-level swimming through positive coaching and teamwork. Focus points:

• Stroke correction and breathing rhythm
• Endurance and control
• Turns, starts, and performance skills
• Preparation for Crusaders Swimming Club
